Hi! This is our first year using our 2013 RPod 177 and we have noticed issues with the rubber seal/wiper on the top and sides of our slide out. We were told when we purchased the RPod to use a Silicone lube spray on the outside of the wiper when the room is slid out. I have used Liquid Wrench silicone spray nearly each time we've camped because I noticed the rubber was not moving evenly/fully. Now I notice that the rubber is wavy in some areas, not making contact with the RPod slide out, and has a tear in one spot. What do other RPodders do to maintain their slide out rubber seals/wipers? Our warranty will be expiring next month and I'm wondering if this is faulty? Aside from this, we are loving our upgrade from pop-up to our "Cabin on Wheels"!  Thank you for any input you may have! We use the same, we wipe both sides..
