I have read two seeming contrary set of directions. The batteris are out of the pod and in the garage, both fairly charged. My plan was to hook them in tandem, black to black, red to red, just like they came off the pod. But how do I put on the charger? Do I first put the red on one of the batteries, and black on the second battery, or both red and black on the same battery? And then plug in the charger..... I have read ABSOLUTE opinions either way so I am confused. Winterizing the pod, is BTW, pretty simple. Antifreeze is cheap. Putting the cover on was the biggest challenge.....that is a once a year job. |

While when the positive poles are cabled together any point in the circuit is electrically the same I would put the positive from the charger to one battery and the negative from the charger to the negative on the other battery.
