The 178 has two open circuits in the fuse box on the 12v side.  There is empty space on the panel next to it so I ran two lines over to two cigarette lighter adapters on that side. I didn't know where to run the negatives...so I just ran them back to the box and fused them with the negatives on the main panel. Did I need to do anything with them?

Got 25amp fuses on them which should do the job.......

Wasn't as hard a job as I thought!

Depending on what size wire and what sort of sockets you used, 25 Amp fuses may be excessive. The fuse is there to protect the wire and connectors and prevent fire. Most 12V cigarette sockets are rated at 15 Amps max. 12AWG wire is rated at 20 Amps; 14 AWG wire is rated at 15 Amps. I would recommend fusing at 15 Amps max. That should handle anything you want to plug in. Anything more should be wired directly to the battery and will deplete the battery in a hurry.
