Has anyone found out just how waterproof the rdome is or isn't? We were loooking at the weather for this weekend and saw rain. If any of you know, please advise!!

We've been in heavy downpours and the covered areas have stayed quite dry, at least from any rainwater coming in from the top.  However, there was a small river of run-off flowing down hill through our site that got our mat a bit wet and there was some spray coming in the sides.  We had to tie back a few panels to let the wind through.

Ours stays wonderfully dry during even heavy rainstorms.  Bit of maintenance waterproofing spray this year just as a preventative and helper, but have had no issues in 3 years of using it.

Ours has been very good at keeping even the most torrential downpours off our heads ... however, with bigger storms you have to watch out for rain blowing in through the flaps (not so waterproof and don't always hold the velcro closings in wind) along with the edges at either end of the Pod, where again you don't get the tightest seal in the world.

I agree with the above.  Have been through many heavy rains and do get a little in from the sides but nothing leaking from above!  We tack er down quite well too!  That way the wind cannot whip it around.
