We're having trouble keeping the rubber stripping engaged in the track underneath the slideout--everytime we put the slideout out, the stripping comes out of the track. Anyone have any ideas about this little problem? Thanks for your help!

I have had the same issue with my slide rubber gaskets including the two side ones. I took them completely off (there are screws holding the ends on, so don't just pull them off). Re-installed them in the track and re-caulked. The side ones have been fine, the underneath one still comes off the track in the center. Someone had mentioned previously of rubbing some powder (I think it was powder) on the rubber stripping to keep them from sticking, haven't tried that.

Try wiping them down on both sides with some silicone spray on a rag. Supposed to do that every three months anyways.

I also have had that issue and have used silicon spray. All has been fine since. Also, if you have a garage door or tent end, make sure you also use the silcon on those gaskets.
