I have found the 13' and 15' teardrop covers online but cannot find one to fit our 17' 182G - anyone else have any luck finding a cover that will work? Will one that isn't teardrop shaped do the trick also? maybe even better? Thanks so much for all of the advice and tips!

Either buy from Forest River or wait until later this season, in a few months the company classicaccessories.com will be releasing a 3rd Rpod teardrop cover that will fit the larger 178 and 18xg models.
