I have been checking on floor construction on the R-Pod and have found it to be similar to the exterior walls, foam with plywood bonded to the foam and framing in the floor.

I drilled a hole in my floor to run some wiring through a few weeks ago.. didn't even think to pay that much attention. (should have) I used a home made grommet, total thickness was around 1 3/4 inches.. But.. if you look in a couple places, like right behind the power center, you will find where they cut through to run wiring and plumbing. ------------- |

I would say 1 3/4 inches to 2 inches. On my 173 you can see where they cut out the floor to run the water tank fill hole. It is under one of the benches on the dinette.
