Newbie question. I will be storing pod in enclosed shelter that has 110/115v outlet. Will the batteriy charge during storage if the Pod is plugged into the outlet during down time when we're not using it? The outlet is a typical three prong houses plug.

The pods have a good 3-stage charger (in the converter) which will maintain your battery if left plugged in.  You still should check the water in the battery regularly until you are sure it isn't being boiled away from over-charge.  It shouldn't happen with these chargers but it could.

The alternative is to disconnect the battery from the pod when the pod isn't plugged in.  If you don't the LPG detector will drain it and then kill it within 2-3 weeks.  Then make sure you reconnect the battery and plug the pod in overnight at least once per month.  During the winter months you can go 2-3 months between top-off if it is cold where the pod is stored.

Nope, you have one built in. Just use the hockey puck converter to hook your 30 amp to the 15 amp plug. As long as you don't run the A/C you will be fine.

Even with the A/C you will be fine, it only uses about 1000 watts while the compressor is running.  Add a few hundred more for the converter and you are still below 15 amps.

Unless you have run an extension cord from the garage to it so you can have the A/C running while working inside of it on a hot day and you maybe forgot that your 2 freezers in the garage are on the same circuit and when they kick in at the same time the A/C is running the breakers on the house electrical panel keep tripping off.

Or so I've heard ... Embarrassed
