I have read on here about people contacting Susan from Forest River to help with their Pod problems. My poor little pod has the tip of a screw poking out of the exterior just above the door, it has created a bulge and cracks in the exterior, the Dealer thinks the interior trim was over tightened sending the screw through the wall but said since we did not notice upon delivery there is nothing he can do and that we should contact Forest River ourselves. If anyone could send me her email I would like to get this fixed ASAP my pod is a 2014. To new for cracks.

That is still current.  I spoke to her last week and we exchanged emails about the exterior light recall.

Empty, 1: We have the same problem, but in a different spot.  Door side but back behind and above window near top of wall. 2: Your dealer needs a wake up call....  There is nothing saying that upon delievery that the nail (or staple) wasn't coming out until AFTER you took your trailer home. 3: Our dealer upon sending the pics to FR (I e-mailed them to my dealer) depending on what FR say, after camping season my dealer will send the pod to FR to have it fixed.  I will not pay for anything.  4: our pod is now on its 2nd year.  How old is your pod?   I would diffently be looking for another pod dealer yours seems to want to just wash his hands of everything once you drove off the lot...  Good luck.  I will keep you informed of what happens on my end.

Empty: I just spoke to travel-mor of Ottawa.  They got in touch with FR and everything is being taken care of under warranty ( spider cracks.) They have a local rv guy who fixes things for them and all work is guaranted and still under FR warranty.  I can only say that your RV dealer has much to be desired.  I wish you good luck.

I do believe the dealer is as important, if not more so, than the manufacturer. We have seen many on here who have very poor dealers to work with.
