Someone posted a complete modification for the dinning area of their 177. They produced nice pictures with dimensions etc. I have been looking for this post but can not find it again.
If anyone knows who posted it, of if the photo's are no longer available please let me know. This was a great mod and would fit out needs to a tee as we do not use our table and would like more room in this area.

If you want to keep this mod post , you may want to copy and paste it. The owners of the pod sold it. She said she was leaving the pictures "for a while". Just FYI

Thanks for the suggestion, but I did try that route...kept bringing me back to this thread. At least google is efficient:)

This is frustrating because I first saw the post last year before I bought my little r-pod. After using the r-pod for the first summer and getting ready for this summer's adventures, I got to thinking about how much I dislike the dining area. I should have downloaded everything a year ago!!!

Zade - I modified my 177 to remove the dinette. Photos are on page 7 of 'list your mods'. I took out the bench next to the door and put a bench along the front. We sit there and use a small folding table when we eat inside.

We like this design much better than the original. There's a lot more room and the seats are now 'somewhat' comfortable. If you want more photos let me know. By the way, welcome to the forum.
