Took Tricera-Pod on it's first trip. In preparation for our big summer trip we took three days to camp at Chippokes Plantation State Park in Surry County Virginia. Out of 60 sites there was never more than 10 other campers there. Two nights we had some rain and we made it though with no damage, big thunder and lighting show last night.
Chippokes is still a working farm but has plenty of camping features and a HUGH pool. Lots of locals use it during the summer. A great trip and now we have armed our self with information for what we need to do during our big summer trip. Here is Tricera-Pod at our camp. OOO yes, last night before the big storm, Sandee was sitting at the picnic table ( was inside the pod) when out from the woods came a raccoon within arms length of Sandee. Even when she talked to the little guy it made no move to scurry away, just moved along like nothing was going on.  ------------- Carl & Sandee 2013 R 177 2012 Titan |
