can anyone tell me if they also are having no contact activity from the external cable stub that's outside your Rpod next to the satelite stud? The box where we are staying must go directly through the window to get the stations they are offering. I did Auto tune to no avail on the local stuff. Can anyone give me some pointers? Thanks and Have a wonderful Day!

You will have to connect the cable to the connector outside the Pod, then move the cable to the TV from the antenna inside to the cable connector.  These connections are on the box inside the small cabinet over the TV.

Must have been a "B" flic that you made in the early 80's.  LOL
We have the same issue with the cable when connected on the outside, I had to hook the cable line to the "SAT" connection right next to it and it then works fine. You have to then use the advice that Keith gave to change the cable at the antenna/cable connection in the cabinet.    Goose

Did you check to make sure that your antenna booster is off?

we tried everything and it still wouldn't work from the on-site cable box to our external stud that's named cable tv Not satelite. We do auto channel to pull up the channels and get some but NOT the free cable from the camp grounds that comes with the price paid for the site. We asked the site to check their connections and they work and he said just bypass your external stud to see if you can access our cable so we did and bingo it worked but we still MUST be doing something wrong. Can anyone PLEASE Help so we don't have to take it in to a dealer (far and few between) to take a look at something I am just not up to speed On.

Thank you Kindly!

I am reading what you wrote but it sounds like you did not plug it into the Satelite connection at the trailer, please try that because that is the only way that we receive cable from the campgrounds.   Goose
I know how disappointed you are because we had the same issue when we first got our trailer and I did not want to pack up to go find a dealer to repair it. After sleeping on the problem all night I tried hooking to the Sat. connection and made sure the the line to the television was hooked from the tv to the Cable/Sat stud in the cabinet. We had not had any issues since.  Good luck.

Inside the trailer, possibly behind your television, should be a panel that looks like this:

You need to be hooked up to the one for "sat/aux"... If you are, try hooking up to the other, they could be wrong on the back of the interface. But whichever gives you TV from the antenna, the other is hooked up to the outside feed.

EDIT: also, and I think this is what Goose is pointing out, (and I thought I had a picture.. but can't find one).. even though there are TWO connections on the outside of the pod, only ONE of them is actually hooked up. Try switching out there also.

Thanks furpod for the picture, that's worth a thousand words. In our case only the Sat. connection on the outside of the trailer is the only one that works.   Goose

Make sure that the cable is connected to the TV.  Ours came loose once while traveling.

Yes thank you as we got it to work. We on the inside connected to the tv stud and you MUST have the Red Light turned Off so it will program correctly when you auto tune for the cable that's piped in if that's the case. If not the Red Light must be on to tune it if you are Not hooking up to any external cable connections.
