Sound like a great new year resolution.  The only new year's resolution I've ever made and kept is to not make any more new year's resolutions.  That was about 30 years ago.LOL

At 67, the fitness resolutions have to be much more modest, and even though my primary care doc is
happy with the status quo, (she says it makes her angry when she has nothing to lecture me about),
I am resolving to get back into a few good habits that I have let slide for a while:

1.  A brisk 30 minute walk every day that weather allows,

2.  A low impact workout on the home gym just to keep flexible, and,

3.  watching the consumption of adult beverage more closely.

Basically, everything they will insist on after the heart attack anyway, so maybe I can just skip it!

Happy New Year!  We're heading out with the 'Pod in a couple of weeks for the first camping of 2013!

I do walk, I do lift some, but not with a home gym, but I really do watch my consumption of adult beverages more closely, mostly because my eye sight is not as good as it once was so I have to get closer to the glass.  LOL   Goose
I hate when the doctor goes on and on like you are a 3 year old. I heard him the first time.

I am with you Goose, I go in for my yearly physical every December. I am down 4 lbs from last year. I watch my adult beverage intake, I am watching one now on the table beside me One of my Christmas presents was a Mr Beer kit, ha make your own. and one of my Customers came into our shop 12/21 and gave us a mason jar full of Georgia Moonshine. My sister in law was out for Christmas eve dinner and had a little head cold, I told her I had some "medicine" that would make her feel better, she took a shot, then another and said that is some good stuff, I had to arm restle it away from her. We are looking forward to spring and getting the Pod back out, just have to do a little waiting.

Dang, both of you took my adult beverage jokes before I could make them.
