SmileBut I need to give a shout out to Amazon Customer Service.  (We pay for the "Amazon Prime" service.)

We have purchased many, many items from Amazon over the years, including a bunch of stuff for our R-Pod-

Class III Receiver
Load Distributing Hitch
Holding Tank Discharge Hose and Support
Battery Cut-off Device
Camp Site Folding Table
Water Pressure Regulator

and probably a few more that don't come immediately to mind.  No problems, until we ordered a new Old Town Canoe.  It arrived with hidden damage, a stove in bow and scraped hull graphics to be specific.  A "no questions asked" replacement canoe was shipped within a day!  The only troublesome thing was how to ship the damaged hull back.  Amazon provided a return authorization shipping label, but I had no idea who to call to pick it up in our little out-of-the-way island town.

I finally scrolled through the Amazon site until I stumbled on the "Contact Us" button.  I selected the "Call Me Now" option, and the phone rang immediately!  A very helpful young lady assured me that she would take care of everything.  Within 20 minutes I received calls from the shipper that was delivering the new canoe with assurance that the same truck and driver would be taking the damaged hull back to Amazon.

I am, to say the least, a Happy Camper! SmileSmileSmile

You have reaffirmed what has been my long time experience with Amazon.  Truly very easy to work with.  Should you ever have to return anything, they can't be more helpful.  Fabulous service.  Will always have my business.  Safe Travels.

Amazon Prime gets you 2 day free shipping (no minimum order) if ordered before noon for Amazon sold & fulfilled items only.  I think there is also free return shipping.  Additional benefits are video streaming for the primary account holder.

Happy Camper X2 We don't live in a small town, but it isn't the biggest town. So I have used Amazon often for things than would require a length drive, I prefer to save fuel for towing the pod. To date I have been highly satisfied with the service. Latest purchase was 921 LED bulbs for the pod.

I was an early adopter of Kindle and Kindle fire, so as a result I had three of the originals (the first two developed cracks in the case near the screen corners) then two Fires (the first one became deaf and could not find WiFi.  All of the defective ones were exchanged without question.  New ones sent and I had a month to send the old one back.  I am a total fan of Amazon!  Unparelleled customer service.  I also have Prime, and get great deals on Kindle books, and can read many of them free.  Well worth the fee.
