Read somewhere on the forum that one could use hydorgen pyrozide instead of bleach to clean the water tank.  Is that better than using bleach?

Not sure I've heard of using it, but I don't see why you couldn't.  The catch would be if it breaks down too fast when mixed with water, bleach doesn't.

Before posting this I found this:

Mix one cup of lemon juice and four cups of hydrogen peroxide per 15 gallons of the freshwater tank capacity in a gallon of water. Pour into the fresh water tank and top off the tank with more water.
