Star RV Gas Detector Failed this weekend.  Resetting, pulling fuse didn't help.  Had to keep fuse pulled to keep it silent.  What is odd is it failed with a solid red light (alarm), not a solid yellow light (malfunction).  The detector is dated June 2009.
Note to all,  Pulling LP detector fuse also disables all propane devices with electronic ignition (water heater, refrigerator, furnace).  Thankfully, we only needed the propane for the stove this weekend.  Need to order a replacement for the next trip.  I guess I'll get the same model for ease of replacement, unless people think the MTI 20-441 is a problem.
