Does anyone have a program that would allow you to make some changes to this picture?

If so I can explain what I want done.

The biggest thing is removing the background.

Do you want the black changed to white on the background?

No, I don't want any background.  The reason is this;  I plan on giving a copy of it to a locale company so they can make a plastic stick-on for the door of my F-150.  I'm sure they can do it but the charge would kill me!

I talked to a place about doing it with paint but they wanted $800.00 to do it!

If all you want to do is remove the black you can open it with MS paint.
Change color1 to white, select the eraser, set the size.

use the slide to change the view (bottom right)

It will take a little time but it's your time, save often and most of all there is an undo button (top right) just in case.

hope that helps, surely not the only or fastest way.

I can change the black to non-black pretty easy in Photoshop, but I'm not sure about making it transparent - which is what I believe is needed here.

How about this:

the background is transparent although your browser may show it as white
