From the outside of the rPod 177, my wife noticed that the rear back panel was separated from the floor. Feeling and looking under the rear of the trailer we found it had come lose and a crack of about one inch between the rear panel and the floor. Since this was a brand new trailer we took it back to the dealer. They sent it to the factory which is about 30 miles away in Dallas, OR. They said they would have to re-engineer the connection to fix it. The factory did this and all the new units will have this modification.

Also, I found that the rear panel on the top pull out drawer, in the tip out, was not stapled although it looked like it was stapled. Guess the person who was building the drawers ran out of staples and just keeped on with out checking the staple gun!. I had staple gun and fixed it myself.

No other problems have occured yet. Smile

Wow, I am glad you live close to the factory. It was nice to see FR recognize the design flaw and move to incorporate a fix into the new pods.
