Did a search but came up empty handed - - maybe used incorrect search criteria ?

Anyway     ...I am looking for a power hitch pole that is a direct drop-in for the manual crank model that comes with the Pod trailer. I am not looking to drill or modify the trailer in any way - - just to replace the crank.

Has anyone made that swap ? and if so    ...what is the name/model.

Thanks in advance   ...

MJ

There are quite a few power jacks compatible with the Pod.  A quick look at Amazon.com will give you a good list.  I bought a power lift with a 24inch jack height rather than the standard 18inches.  I found that the standard 18inches didn't always give enough height when trying to level out the Pod on a really tilted camp site. Most tongue jacks have a standard three hole pattern.  Most power jacks also come with a (LED) lite to help you hook up, etc.  The jack should have an emergency crank handle, provided, to allow you to raise or lower the tongue if you loose battery power or if the jack motor itself breaks down.
It is important to look at the reviews also. An expensive power jack is not always the best.
