We spotted (and stalked) a 177 with Washington plates going up the Oregon coast today around noon thirty. My wife spotted it as we were visiting Devils Churn. Later as we headed north into Yachats we spotted it again as it pulled in front of us. We followed until we got to our turnoff. -------------
