---SOLD SOLD SOLDFOR SALE BRAND NEW NEVER USED 2012 RPOD 176 Price Lowered
TRAILER IS NOW SOLD. THANKS

Due to an unforeseen medical situation I am having to sell my new 176 (it has never been used).  This is the Hood River Edition with the Lamilux 4000 Cool Vanilla gel coat, axle risers, 15 inch tires on mag rims, etc. Has the kitchen type slide out.   For details on this edition and pictures see the FR web site on R-pods.

I ordered this with every factory option you could get, has all the goodies including 19 inch LCD TV and so on.  Has the twin bunks and large U-shaped dinette, kitchen slide out, with a lot of storage.  In addition to all the factory options, I had either the dealer do or I did the following:

1. Two group 24 batteries with battery disconnect switch.
2.  Max-Air cover over power vent so can open vent if it is raining.
3.  Ox-genic shower head and hose.
4.  Larger sewer hose holder installed so it will hold a 15ft sewer hose.
5.  New R-dome
6.  Another canopy being made by Bear Creek Canvas for quick setup for overnight or short stays.
7.  Trailer cover.
8.  New spare propane regulator (I always carried a spare and this one is the one that comes from the factory.

In addition to the above the trailer will come with all needed accessories such as 15 ft heavy duty sewer hose, sewer hose support, water hoses, pressure reducer, and other misc goodies one always needs.

I have put a ton of money in this trailer but must sell.  The trailer is located near Salem, Oregon.  Was looking forward to being a part of this forum, but not in this way, but life is not always fair.

Save a bunch of dollars.  I have now lowered my price to $13,950 firm.

You can reach me a 503-435-8398 if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Ray Phelps

Good luck with your sale. We know the feeling--unforeseen issues forcing sale. Just to let you know, we sold our 176T through this forum--it works!

Thanks for all the kind words.  Yes, I hate to sell it but facing some more back surgeries.

Looking forward to having it go to someone who will really use it.

Thanks,

Ray Phelps
