I enjoy cooking (yeah I know I am a man and thats an oxymoron) I have never used a microwave oven for much more than heating water, cooking bacon and baked potato.  anyone have any recomendations for a good cook book for convection / microwave use, the pod has a Sunbeam convection microwave oven with several settings, bake, roast , broil, the owners manual is of little use.  I think once you get the hang of it you can whip up some great meals in the Pod.

Burned my first batch of chocolate chip muffins . . . Set the timer wrong - oops!  Re-read the manual - the second batch was delicioso!
