Do the exterior window seals need maintenance.  Mine are showing cracking, but that might be normal.  FR put a bead of silicone along the top edge of the back window.  Looks like I need to remove and replace that.  Should I put a bead of sealant on the top edge of the side windows?  If so, what type is recommended?

As far as I understand it, the windows all have putty tape sealing them to the sides of the Pod.  I don't see any sealant around the those edges, except for the bead of sealant along the top of the rear window.

My windows are the same.  Am curious why FR put sealant along the top of the rear window, but not the others.

Probably because that is where all the water gathers (atop of the rear window), whereas the side windows have weep holes for the water to drain.  I have noticed that water doesn't usually stay over the side windows, but does gather and stay atop the rear window... at least after a rain storm.

I ought to take a picture of my rear-widow seal job and post it.  I could have done better in my sleep.  That being said, it doesn't leak, so that's a good thing.

Not a good job on mine either.  It is separating, so needs to be replaced.    Not urgent since I assume the silicone is redundant.  Will do it when I winterize, before the weather gets cold.

We added silicone to our side windows and to the back. This has helped with the leaking and subsequent condensation caused by driving through heavy rain.  There is still a bit of moisture that comes in between the panes of the side window, but some rolled-up paper towel usually fixes that.

We have a 2009 152 that had the rear window leak problem. FR has recalled that window and will ship a free replacement window (that has weeping wells) to your dealer.  However, some dealers still charge you for labour.

The main difference between the old (leaky window) and the new one is that the new window is flatter (i.e. doesn't really sit flush with the curve of the rpod), has wider frame and also weeping wells.
