We saw several pods over the last week throughout Banff and down into Kimberley, BC.  One was at our campground, Kimberley Riverside, on Tuesday as we were leaving.  We didn't get a chance to stop as other trailers were coming up the hill behind us but as they were at the sani-dump it would have been a bit awkward anyways Embarrassed.  Also saw one heading towards Lake Louise from Banff just after noon yesterday.

Then had the good fortune to meet Pawpod at the Canmore McDonald's.  They stopped to introduce themselves when they saw my 176.  Didn't get a chance to meet their 177 as it was relaxing at the campground in Banff. Great meeting you, Pawpod, and hope you have a safe trip home today.  Side note: why is it that no one ever sees me when I have a salad in my hands but as soon as I sneak out with a Big Mac...busted!?

We next head off around July 21st towards Vancouver Island and the lower mainland of British Columbia.
