How do you guys carry extra gas? I mean those of you with SUVs? I was wondering if someone made a gas can carrier that fits around the back spare tire. I'd like to carry a little extra gas, even if it is only 3 gallons for the Yamaha genny, but I don't want to carry it in either the SUV or the pass-through storage. ------------- 2010 Rpod 172 :) 2004 Chevy Trailblazer |

I have thoughts of carrying ours in the battery rack beside the battery. The gas can we have fits right into the rack, just need a strap and we're good.

I just put an extra battery on my Pod, so I'm going to have to figure something else out. I have seen those spare tire kits that people are putting on their jeeps, but I'm not sure that would work for the Pod. Speaking of which, I really need to get to a weigh station or scale...
