Completely off topic...The military defense agency just floated in a 280 foot tall radar unit from the pacific. It basically floats on an oil platform...anyway, it was cool to see this up close. It is at Harbor Island Todd Shipyards (now called Vigor shipyard I believe) for 3 months of maintenance/repairs. I believe it is based near Alaska but this was (possibly?) the nearest deepwater seaport that could accommodate the radar where the work could be performed.
