We had our maiden voyage this weekend with our 177 pod. Everything went well except when opening and closing the slide. It is running over the wheel cover and it comes in heading upward and then drops into place. Wasnt a problem when trying out in our driveway. Anyone else have this problem? Unfortunately the dealer is 8 hrs away so will not be very convenient for warranty service.

The slide in our 177 always seems to do kind of what you are describing. When we extend it it seems to lower or cam into place at the end of its' travel. I believe it's a normal condition.

Mine always comes in or goes out a little cockeyed, but then sets into place fine, I thought this was normal. However, I am unsure of what you mean by "running over the wheel cover" Mine never touches the fender....not even close..... I have a 176T
------------- I can't even begin to describe it.... you would just have to see for yourself....

My slide is actually moving at a very steep angle and then plops down very hard and it is rubbing on the top of the wheel cover. It was not moving at this angle before this trip. Not good.

Definitely sounds like a trip back to the dealer. Sounds like some part of it is off track or something. It should not be rubbing on the fender. Ours comes no where close to it, it is like kmcmurph describes.

Oh, that definitely doesn't sound right, yup- back to the dealer. Shouldn't be too involved hopefully. Keep us posted.
