My 2022RPOD 153 AC does not cycle off when the temperature I’ve set is attained.

Is this normal?

They do both. On cool/fan it should run continuously and cool/fan auto should run only during the cooling cycle. Check the instruction manual.

Mine cycles and even has 2 fan speeds it uses depending on demand. If you are sitting in full sun, it might not cycle because it never can get below the set point.
