Was told by Camping World that trading in for a new one would be better than a repair. Was also tols reason for warpage was due to parking on wood chips that retain moistureWhat sday you

I say that is bogus. As long as there is adequate ventilation, moisture should not be an issue. I don't know about a 174 model. I do know that the slide side, being quite heavy, worked to warp the floor on the 179. Adding outriggers helps, but by the time the floor is warped, outriggers are a bit late and may not fix the problems.

The 179 has two related issues -
The first is that the weight of the slide cause the side wall to sag. Possibly exacerbated in the 2018 by FR installing an incorrectly tensioned suspension which didn't adequately absorb road shock but AFAIK not limited to the 2018. Not really a floor issue IMO
The second is sag under the kitchen floor due to no support under the floor right where you stand at the sink and cooktop. Prevented by bolting an additional floor support beam to the frame at that location. Not sure whether that's an adequate treatment once the floor has begun to sag since that means the foam sandwich between the wood plies is breaking down.

But yeah, once there's a determination that the issue isn't a warranty fix the cost is probably significant since everything is built on top of the floor so everything (including the walls, I think) has to come off the floor.
