If some politicians get their way it sounds like gasoline sold with 10% ethanol will be increased to 15% ethanol. I think it would lower the MPG for vehicles and those who use ethanol gasoline in their small engines would do more harm do their caburators. Doesn't sound like a good idea I hope the bill doesn't pass. Perhaps another positive reason for some people to buy a electric vehicle.

I am still a huge fan of RV gas. Use it in both Stihl chainsaws, stringtrimmers, leaf blowers, wood splitter, riding lawnmower. Isn't the carbon foot print for making ethanol from corn pretty high? I understand it is about 24% more carbon intensive than gasoline. I don't understand the point of raising the ethanol content in gasoline if we are trying to reduce carbon emissions.
