Hello, Please try again. There is no content to your post.

I wash with products that I would use on my car. Any that are fiberglass safe would work. I then use Protect-All on the exterior.

+1 With the Protect-All.  I use that specifically on all decals.  My 177 is going on 12 years and the decals are still in pretty good condition.  As far as cleaning before waxing I go over the whole thing, including the roof, with a clay bar to remove all impurities embedded on the paint surface.  Final polish is with MelGuiar's Ultimate or MeGuiar's ceramic, both are excellent products and give a great 'baby butt' smooth appearance and shine.

We let the exterior get oxidized on ours (big mistake), so we have been slowly "restoring" the finish. First up was to remove the old, hardened and cracked decals. Next up is to remove the oxidation using Meguiar's One Step Oxidation Remover. We tried to do this by hand and it didn't go well, so we purchased a cordless buffer from Harbor Freight and it went much better. Our next step will be to remove old caulking and reseal. Next is application of the new decals we purchased from RV Decals Direct, then wax the whole thing with a Meguiar's product, probably Ultimate for the first time and then spray on ceramic every time it gets washed.

3M's https://www.rvweb.net/best-oxidation-removers-for-rv-reviewed/ - oxidation remover is for RVers who are looking for a color-restoring and oxidation-removing product that really works. It did great on my 96 Bayliner. The surface was chalky and dull. It now looks like it’s only a couple of years old. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I got better than I expected.
