Anybody know the nearest R-pod dealer to Charleston SC, for ordering parts?

Hello richardd. Just saw your question and found this site. A dealer locator should do the trick for you.

Good luck in your parts ordering/finding!

Got my Rpod from John's in Columbia and the Forest River website says there is a dealer in Conway.  I would think most items can be purchased or ordered from any RV dealer.

I just spoke with John's parts man. He said the light I'm looking for is obsolete. The problem I'm having is the light in my Dometic fridge, has developed some corrosion from moisture on the connections. I can clean it off and it works for awhile, but eventually it starts beeping. I would like to find that light assembly, or a suitable replacement. I'm currently using an attached motion sensor light, which works, but I have to keep charging it. You would think that if the light is obsolete they would offer a replacement but don't know if they do.

You might want to contact the Dometic parts people.  They sell independently of Forest River dealers.

Also, if you can get it cleaned up enough to get it working again, consider slopping dielectric grease all over the parts that get corroded due to the moisture.  It is a silicone based grease that keeps the moisture off the corrodible parts.  Here is one of many listed in Amazon:   http://www.amazon.com/Permatex-22058-Dielectric-Tune-Up-Grease/dp/B000AL8VD2/ref=sr_1_7?crid=NNBTX8TT3CQV&keywords=dielectric+grease+for+electrical+connectors&qid=1650497211&sprefix=dielectr%2Caps%2C79&sr=8-7 - https://www.amazon.com/Permatex-22058-Dielectric-Tune-Up-Grease/dp/B000AL8VD2/ref=sr_1_7?crid=NNBTX8TT3CQV&keywords=dielectric+grease+for+electrical+connectors&qid=1650497211&sprefix=dielectr%2Caps%2C79&sr=8-7

Thanks Fred, believe it or not, I did try the silicone grease but didn't seem to work. The little connectors are covered with a gold looking substance (maybe brass) except for a couple which I scraped off with a knife. It's working now, so I'll wait and see if it beeps again. In the mean time I'll Google Dometic parts. Thanks alot.

Also, put a little drip loop in the wire leading to the light from the back of the refrigerator. It will help keep condensation water from running directly down the wire to the connections.
