has anyone removed the jack knife sofa/bed in an rpod 196. I was thinking of doing this and putting in a recliner or just a comfy desk chair. I did this in my former 179 and it worked great.

There is a deck there, and under it is a wheel well , so the space isn't very useable as far as I can see. I removed the 2 ottomans, and dinette cushions and installed a jack knife sofa. It seems to be the best application for the space. Lots of storage underneath it too. When traveling, I keep 3 bag chairs, and a case of water underneath it.
