We bought a new rPod 192 in August of 2020 but live 3 hours away in NYS.  When our HighPointe Microwave/Convection Oven stopped working it was just two weeks past the one year warranty period and they did not help at all when I called them and wrote them several times. They would not return calls and the service person was "never there" when I called. Seems they just want the sales. I would not recommend them for any future RV issues.

Did you contact the manufacturer of the appliance? Appliances in an RV are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty service isn't provided by Forest River or the dealer.

You can consider the RV brand from Forest River. In my opinion, Forest River has some outstanding features to distinguish it from other brands. They demand strict standards for their products. Through continuous testing, Forest River RV ensures that every item in every line meets and exceeds requirements. That's what sets them apart from other https://www.rvweb.net/who-owns-forest-river-rv/ - RV manufacturers .

Wow
Every manufacturer uses few ac manufacturers.
Not my experience with Forest River! Average at best, nothing special, quality control none existing
