Symptom: Motor is running and sounding good but no movement. What I found: Open the two panels under kitchen. Two bolts holding the MOTOR-AXIS-GEAR set are off. The gear on MOTOR-AXIS-GEAR set and the gear rack on the body of slideout are not engaged. Solution: Find the bolts on the floor. Put the MOTOR-AXIS-GEAR in position and make sure the gear and gear rack are engaged well. put on and tighten the bolts. I found the mechanism of rPod RVs is very simple. There is no any sensors, detectors and control circuit. Therefore, when you sliding in or out, release the button immediately once you hear the sound of clicking. |

Thank you for posting this. We have owned our 177 for almost 11 years and the slide mechanism has always worked flawlessly but in the future who knows?
