Had the product 192 for one year and the microwave/convection oven will not turn off- tried everything and now just keep breaker off- anyone experiencing this? I believe the stop button may be defective

Does the microwave (not convection) turn off if you open the door?

It's the button, or the relay. As theBum asks, does it turn off when you open the door (don't do that if you have a pacemaker, nor do it for very long!)

yes it does turn off--I will be calling HighPointe to see if I can get replacement--about one month after warranty expired!!
