I am wondering whatis the best product for resealing the seams on the Pod

Many people are using Dicor these days. Depending on the location, use either the self-leveling or non-sag version.

Dicor self-leveling for horizontal surfaces such as the roof. Non-sag version for vertical/sloped surfaces. If you use the self-leveling on sloped/vertical, it will run down.

Have applied Dicor (self-leveling) on the roof around the 2 vents and 2" bathroom pipe twice over the past 10 years. A great product and easy to use.
