Hello
Just purchased a 2021 r-pod 196. We bought this camper 1200 miles away from where we live mainly because no one around us had any. I have no 12 volt power at all. Battery is great. I metered it at 12.8v. My awning works as well as my power hitch. Other than that,no 112 v power . When shore power is connected, everything works great and battery shows full charge in display. It’s under warranty but I feel like my local dealer(100 miles away) is gonna give me a problem. I have also checked the busman fuse under the camper and have 12volts on both posts so I’m pretty sure that’s working. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Check the voltages at the fuse panel itself, could be one or both of your main 40a fuses are blown it not making contact.

This may sound like a dumb question, and i'm sorry for that,  but would someone please explain *how* to check the fuses?  Confused

The fuses are all "mini" fuses and have a little window that allows you to actually see the fusible link inside. Without tools, you can just pull one out, turn it sideways and see if the link is broken or not.

If you're good with a multimeter, you can "sometimes" measure the voltage on both sides of the fuse. If the voltages are the same at both ends of the fuse; it's working. This is not always possible though, as often the connectors are not always reachable.

And on my WFCO converter, there are red LEDs that will indicate if a fuse is blown...

The lights don't always turn on depending on what's connected to them, and it can be hard for older eyes to see if the the fuse is bad. If a light is on the fuse is blown, if it's not on then get out your meter and check with that.

Works every time and a useful tool always.  You can get a reasonably good, reasonably priced multimeter at Ace Hardware, among other places.  It will be invaluable checking the condition of your house battery and other troubleshooting.  this is a good fuse and you can, just, see the fusible link, a straight bar in the top of this fuse.
