We just brought our 178 home, plugged it in, and the overhead lights are on. Dumb question -- we cannot find a switch that turns them off. The Owner's manual doesn't say. The switch on the left side of the switch panel just inside the door doesn't do anything. How do you turn the overhead lights off?

Not a dumb question! I think most overheads are not wired to a master switch, other than in the bathroom.

There should be a button in the middle of the dome lights. Push it in ... carefully!

That switch you've been flicking might be the porch light.
