Our rpod 189 is one week old, slide is out for the first time and won’t retract. Sides don't move at the same rate. How to i tow it to dealer? Is there a fix?

Are the lights on, on the control box? if so, try holding the out button in for 10 seconds and then the in button for 10 seconds to try and re-set it.

I am assuming that you have a schwintek system on your RPod if so you might find the needed information in this link which covers the operation of the system.
