I had an issue on the front right of my rp189.  Looked at first to be original owner fix but I now suspect the factory.  The fiberglass material was sticking out of the the rub railing that goes arount the bottom of the trailer.  I pulled the screws from underneath so I could pull the railing down and reseal.  I also pulled the rubber out of the railing that goes up the front curved portion......there were at least eight to ten screws in the end of that railing I'm guessing to try to pull it in tight.  It looks like they cut the side of the trailer incorrectly because there are some places  where the railing doesn't cover the siding.  I was able to get it all together an it looks much better but looked like some shoddy original work to me. I used ProFlex RV Sealant hope that is a decent sealer.

I also resealed the roof along the left side as the orignal owner kinda made a mess of it.  I scraped it all clean and used Dicor non sag lap sealant.  My question is: it looks like there was some leveling sealant, that I am guessing was done at factory, at the joints of the railing.....not sure why.....do I need to put some there as they did?

Busy day I also resealed the spoiler with eternabond.....came out nice.

The other side of the trailer has the awning and it was sealed with a leveling sealant.....how often does that need to be redone....the trailer is a 2018.
