Hi from Alberta, Canada.
I just scored my first rv, R-pod 181G.
Any advice on where to score an R-dome, stools, other advice on accessories welcomed.
Thanks,
Maggie

Welcome!

Sometimes you can find an rdome for sale on this forum, I sold mine here a couple years ago. That is if you really want one. Depending on the kind of camping you do you might find it too limiting in terms of location and setup/takedown time. I did. You can also consider a pop up tent like the Clam. Lots of discussion here on pros and cons, use the search function.

Many folks buy their additional items like chairs, tables, grills, generators, solar, etc online on Amazon or other outlets. Lots of discussion here on these topics.

Thank you offgrid, I appreciate the information. Maybe it just looks cool! lol I need to think through the practicality and function. I'll check out the Clam too.

My unit is missing a few things, so I'll be on the hunt. Can't wait for summer to put this thing to use.

We use both the Rdome and an awning depending on the situation.
The Rdome is great for foul weather or adding privacy. We have used in in some pretty heavy downpours and overnight rains. It's also good in the colder spring/late fall trips  for a warmer place to sit outside.
The tarp/Awning is something that we fabricated . it is easier to put up/take down and offers shade, but no real privacy or protection from wind blown rain.

Thanks Vann, this is great. I was leaning towards the r-dome as a secondary space for overnight camping guests, but they can also bring tents!
I really appreciate the feedback on this forum. You guys are awesome!
Thanks, Maggie

Thank you! I will reconsider whether to buy one or not. A bit more research and I see the cons (and the pros).
