Has anyone replaced your cook top with a recessed cook top with glass top? If so, let me know what needs to be done to do it. Wife wants more counter top space and I need to either build a cover or replace with the recessed. Thanks. Mike ------------- Mike |

I have increased our counter top space in 2 ways-I added a flip up shelf at the end of the counter top and also made a cutting board cover for the cooktop to use when the cooktop is not in use. The recessed cooktop is a bit of a pain to keep clean. ------------- r･pod 171 gone but not forgotten! |

+ the flip up glass cover also makes it hard to reach the space behind the stove.
