Does anyone know why the water in the bathroom would have a sulphur smell but the water out of the kitchen faucet smells fine?

No reason the water from the bathroom and kitchen taps should small any different. I guess you're probably smelling water from the gray tank via the shower drain, the trap of which tends to dry out.  Run some water down that and see if it clears things up.

You may also be smelling your hot water.  Sometimes anaerobic bacteria get established on the anode rod, feasting on the magnesium or zinc, giving the water a nasty rotten egg, aka sulphur smell.

You can rid the smell by replacing the anode rod and sterilizing your hot water tank.  Here's an article about the problem and a fix:   http://www.truckcampermagazine.com/maintenance/how-to-get-rid-of-your-rv-water-heaters-rotten-egg-smell/ - https://www.truckcampermagazine.com/maintenance/how-to-get-rid-of-your-rv-water-heaters-rotten-egg-smell/

We had this happen to the original water heater in our Pod and it was in need of replacement anyway, so I just took the old one out and replaced it with a new one.  Problem solved and never returned.
