My outer /lower slide seal directly below the gear track is destroyed. It appears as if it has been caught in the gear track numerous times. The damage is about 8 inches in the center of seal. Has anyone replaced or repaired that lower seal? The design is poor and it doesn't seem to furnish seal and not get tangled in the gear path.
