Need help with what size stainless steels screws to use to replace old ones. And possible video of where the screws are.

It might be me, but I don't understand the question you are asking. Also,  Are you sure they are stainless steel? I wouldn't think stainless steel screws need to be replaced.

I would be surprised if FR used stainless steel screws.  Most use a combination phillips/square (Robertson) pan head screw, often painted to match the surface.  Threading depends on where they're being installed.  If you look up RV screws in the internet, you can find a mind boggling selection of screws.

The only drawback to these screws, is they work better with square tipped screwdrivers or bits.  Phillips screw drivers don't seem to grip the screws well.  When you replace screws on the exterior, it never hurts to put a little marine sealant caulk on them to keep the moisture out.

There is a very good post on the Rpod Facebook page with pictures and the type of screws that were used to replace the hundreds of rusted screws with stainless. That might help you. Looks worth doing.

It would help to know which screws you were talking about. It might just be easier to remove one and measure it.
