Has anyone had this problem?  We have a 2017 r-pod 179.  City water pressure backfills the fresh water tank causing it to overflow.

A very common problem caused by the check valve in the water pump not sealing. It is sometimes caused by some dirt or sand getting caught in the valve, preventing it from seating. Try disconnecting the city water and cycling the pump several times. This can be done by turning a faucet on and off, making sure that the pump runs each time. If this doesn't clear it the check valve will have to be replaced. It's a simple job and the parts are inexpensive.

In the water pump. I tried the ON/OFF method, didn't work for me, the check valve would stick occasionally. I replaced the water pump, as newer pumps are available for my 2015 178.

I had this problem and it was the valve gone bad mine was caused by running the water pump on electric while hooked up to city water.  Got a new pump and only use the electrical when not hooked up to city water.  No problems for the last 2 years.

I had this issue last year, I could not clear the valve myself. Took to the dealer and they just replaced the whole water pump since it was still under warranty.
