Discovered water leaks from the roof vent, under the sink, and where the shower platform meets the floor. Caulking issue or more serious?

I need to recaulk myself. Obviously if the leak is related to a rain shower, or after turning a water tap on, the association is clear ... but probably it is due to old caulking. 'Dicor' is the standard, I believe, but precleaning is important. Never use silicone caulk.

Good luck
