I still have one residual question from this past winter - How do I keep my pass thru doors from freezing shut? Obviously this happened to me during a cold spell when a freeze/thaw cycle caused ice to form between the door frame and the door itself. I finally forced the door open but lifted up a length of weather stripping in the process.

A quick internet search results in finding some people use Pam or equivalent and certain other dust/dirt-collecting methods. Personally, I should think cleaning all surfaces and then putting down a coating of paraffin would be best, but maybe there is a better way?

I would try either putting on some silicon spray and wiping it all around the gasket, or else something like Aerospace 303. Maybe also wipe some around the edge of the door.
