Window needs fresh caulk.  Seems like I read something about "what not to do" when caulking around back window??  Steps for caulking this??  Thanks.

Remove ALL the current caulk.
Pretty much the only thing silicone won't stick to is itself...
Clean the area as perfectly as you can.
You should find that there is no caulk on the bottom edge, and that is correct.
Use a good quality 25 or 40 year caulk. I always used a clear with anti mold or fungal or whatever the ingredient is called in the brand you choose. You don't need the $12 tube from the RV store, 100% silicone is in fact.. 100% silicone. So Lowe's, Home Depot, ACE, whatever ya got.
